"SITUATION: A 'TRANSMISSION FAULT - TRACTION REDUCED' MESSAGE MAY BE DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. UPON DIAGNOSIS, DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) P1889-14 IS FOUND TO BE STORED. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY INSUFFICIENT SPRING LOAD FOR COMMUTATOR BAR BRUSHES IN THE ACTIVE ON-DEMAND COUPLING OIL PUMP."
