"ISSUE: LOSS OF ALL WHEEL DRIVE FUNCTIONALITY CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO OPERATE IN 2 WHEEL DRIVE ONLY. CAUSE: DURING REPLACEMENT AND CONFIGURATION OF A NEW RDCM, DAMAGE MAY BE CAUSED TO THE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) WITHIN THE RDCM DUE TO THE CONNECTION OF THE BATTERY EARTH CABLE."
