"SITUATION: AN ISSUE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON A LIMITED NUMBER OF 2014 MODEL YEAR RANGE ROVER SPORT \(L494\) AND RANGE ROVER \(L405\) VEHICLES WHERE THE CHARGE AIR COOLANT PUMP MAY NOT BE THE CORRECT SPECIFICATION. IN THIS CONDITION, THE ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP \(MIL\) MAY BE ILLUMINATED WITH DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE \(DTC\) P007B\-00 STORED IN THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE \(ECM\) AND NO OTHER VEHICLE SYMPTOMS PRESENT. ACTION: RETAILERS ARE REQUIRED TO HOLD ONLY AFFECTED NEW VEHICLES THAT ARE WITHIN YOUR CONTROL AND REFRAIN FROM RELEASING THE VEHICLES FOR NEW VEHICLE SALE PENDING COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE INSTRUCTION DETAILED IN THIS TECHNICAL BULLETIN."
