"SITUATION: THE ROOF OPENING PANEL MOTOR MAY NOT OPERATE. SERVICE PART EGQ000010 USES A MOTOR THAT AT 2010 MODEL YEAR WAS CHANGED TO A WEBASTO MOTOR (ALONG WITH FURTHER HARNESS CHANGES). THE SUPERSESSION IS NOT BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE AND THE ORIGINAL PART IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO ORDER. CAUSE: THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY A FAULTY ROOF OPENING PANEL MOTOR."
