"ISSUE: CUSTOMERS REPORT A REPEAT ISSUE OF ENGINE NOISE FROM THE TIMING CHAIN SYSTEM, AFTER THE VEHICLE HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN REPAIRED. CAUSE: THE TIMING CHAIN WAS NOT AT THE CORRECT TENSION. THIS WAS CAUSED BY THE FULL REPAIR PROCEDURE IN TSB LTB00474 NOT BEING FOLLOWED \- A COMPLETE SET OF TIMING CHAIN TENSIONERS AND BLADES WERE NOT FITTED."
