"SITUATION: AN ISSUE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON 2013\-2014 MODEL YEAR LAND ROVER LR2 \(L359\) AND 2012\-2014 MODEL YEAR RANGE ROVER EVOQUE \(L538\) VEHICLES WITHIN THE LISTED VIN RANGES WHERE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE \(DTC\) P0089\-29, FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR PERFORMANCE \- SIGNAL INVALID, IS STORED IN THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE \(ECM\) AND THE ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP \(MIL\) IS ILLUMINATED IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MESSAGE CENTER.
