Service bulletin B15120B
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
SERVICE NEWS ARTICLE - THE ENGINE BLOCK DESIGN IS DIFFERENT FROM EARLIER ONES. INSTEAD OF COLLECTED FLUID (OIL, COOLANT, WATER, ETC.) IN THE ENGINE VALLEY RUNNING OUT THE DRAIN HOLE AT THE END OF THE BLOCK AND INTO THE TORQUE CONVERTER HOUSING OR CLUTCH HOUSING, IT RUNS OUT THAT SAME DRAIN HOLE BUT BYPASSES THE HOUSING ENTIRELY AND EXITS THROUGH AN ADDITIONAL DRAIN HOLE ON THE REAR SIDE OF THE BLOCK BEHIND THE REAR ENGINE MOUNT.
