THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN, PROVIDED TO DEALERS, INSTRUCTS THE DEALER TO UPDATE THE HFM SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS VOICE RECOGNITION TO COMPLETE BEFORE CONNECTION TO THE PHONE BEGINS, TO RECTIFY THE CONDITION WHERE THE HFM ATTEMPTS A BLUETOOTH CONNECTION WITH A MOBILE PHONE WHILE VOICE RECOGNITION IS BOOTING AT THE SAME TIME. IF THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION COMPLETES BEFORE VOICE RECOGNITION COMPLETES, VOICE RECOGNITION CANNOT BE USED.

A service campaign will be launched December 19, 2013 to update the ECM software programming in certain 2008 - 2014 Lancer Evolution, 2009 - 2014 Lancer Ralliart, and 2009 - 2011 Lancer Sportback Ralliart built before September 25, 2013. TSB-13-13-0022020-02-11. Service bulletin. Improper Secondary Parameter judgement criteria may cause false MIL illumination during 3rd Oxygen Sensor Monitoring. This TSB provides a field fix procedure to address false MIL illumination with DTC P0145 (Heated oxygen sensor (3rd) circuit slow response) stored in the ECM. This software update optimizes the judgement criteria to minimize false MIL illumination.
TSB-12-13-0062020-01-25. Service bulletin. Some affected vehicles may display ! ENGINE SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED on the MID and DTC P0012 may be recorded in ECM memory, but the MIL is not illuminated. An incorrect parameter in the judgment criteria may cause mis-detection of a fault even though the timing chain elongation rate remains within the specified allowance. This TSB provides a procedure to reprogram the ECM, confirm the oil control valve and timing chain are not at fault, and reset the timing chain learned value.
TSB-12-13-0052020-01-25. Service bulletin. Some affected vehicles may display an illuminated MIL with DTC P0420: Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold, recorded in the ECM. An incorrect parameter in the judgment criteria may cause a false MIL (mis-detection of a fault when an abnormal condition is not present). This TSB provides dealers with a procedure to reprogram the ECM with new software to correct the condition.

This bulletin provides dealers with instructions for updating the Rockford Fosgate system's software to properly sound tune the Rockford Fosgate system when a Display Audio System (DAS) is present.
