Service bulletin MT-004-17
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
THE 2017 MAZDA6 TOURING TRIM DOES NOT LIST THE FOLLOWING MIRROR ACCESSORIES:•AUTO-DIMMING REARVIEW MIRROR WITH COMPASS•AUTO-DIMMING REARVIEW MIRROR WITH COMPASS AND HOMELINK®. THE REASON FOR THIS CHANGE IS BECAUSE THE 2017 MAZDA6 TOURING NOW INCLUDES SMART CITY BRAKE SUPPORT (SCBS). THE SCBS HARDWARE DOES NOT SUPPORT THE INSTALLATION OF THE ACCESSORY MIRROR.
