WHEN THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW 32 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT \(0 DEGREES CELSIUS\), ESPECIALLY AFTER RAIN OR CAR WASH, SOME CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE A REAR DOOR\(S\) THAT WILL NOT OPEN. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY WATER ENTERING THE INSIDE OF THE REAR DOOR LATCH AND LOCK ACTUATOR \(A\) AND THEN FREEZING AT LOW TEMPERATURES.
