WHEN THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW 32 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT (0 DEGREES CELSIUS), ESPECIALLY AFTER RAIN OR CAR WASH, SOME CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE A REAR DOOR(S) THAT WILL NOT OPEN. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY WATER ENTERING THE INSIDE OF THE REAR DOOR LATCH AND LOCK ACTUATOR (A) AND THEN FREEZING AT LOW TEMPERATURES.
