ISSUE: ROTARY GEAR SHIFT MODULE SELECTOR OPERATION IS UNAVAILABLE FOLLOWING A LOW VOLTAGE EVENT \-ACCOMPANIED BY DTC P085D\-97. AS A CONSEQUENCE THE ROTARY KNOB WILL NOT RISE AND SO NORMAL OPERATION IS PREVENTED.
