"ISSUE: A CUSTOMER MAY REPORT THEIR STEERING COLUMN DOES NOT MOVE WHEN TRYING TO ADJUST IN A UP/DOWN OR IN/OUT MOVEMENT. CAUSE: WHEN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER SOFTWARE IS UPDATED, THE STEERING COLUMN CALIBRATION WILL REVERT TO IT'S DEFAULT VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT IN NO STEERING COLUMN MOVEMENT."
