"ISSUE: A CUSTOMER MAY REPORT THAT THE TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY REMAINS BLACK ON VEHICLE ENTRY, HOWEVER ALL BUTTON REQUESTS DO RESPOND WHEN SELECTED \(AN AUDIBLE SOUND FROM THE SOFT KEYS CAN BE HEARD\) BUT WITHOUT THE BACKLIGHT. THE AUDIO SYSTEM WILL REMAIN FUNCTIONAL. CAUSE: COMPATIBILITY OF SOFTWARE TIMING ISSUES IN PREVIOUS SOFTWARE LEVELS."
