"ISSUE: CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE A VARIETY OF SYMPTOMS WITH THEIR VEHICLE, INCLUDING NON START, TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY INOPERATIVE, WINDOWS INOPERATIVE, SEATS IN ‘INCH’ MODE, INSTRUMENT PACK DISPLAY, AIR CON PANEL NOT ILLUMINATED OR NO RESPONSE WHEN SELECTED. CAUSE: THE ROOT CAUSE MAY BE POOR RETENTION OF THE FEMALE TERMINALS FOR THE MS-CAN CIRCUITS IN THE CONNECTOR FROM THE CABIN HARNESS TO THE UPPER TAILGATE"
