SITUATION: THE ENGINE SPEED MAY DROP \(APPROXIMATELY 300\-400 RPM\) DURING WINDSHIELD WIPER OPERATION. THE ISSUE IS MORE LIKELY WHEN HIGH ELECTRICAL DEMAND SYSTEMS SUCH AS HEATED WINDSHIELD, HEATED SEATS, LIGHTS, ETC. ARE BEING USED. A CHANGE OF STATE FROM THE WIPER MOTOR IS ALSO REQUIRED \(START, COMING TO REST, OR SWITCHING BETWEEN SPEED SETTINGS\).
