SITUATION: THE ENGINE SPEED MAY DROP (APPROXIMATELY 300-400 RPM) DURING WINDSHIELD WIPER OPERATION. THE ISSUE IS MORE LIKELY WHEN HIGH ELECTRICAL DEMAND SYSTEMS SUCH AS HEATED WINDSHIELD, HEATED SEATS, LIGHTS, ETC. ARE BEING USED. A CHANGE OF STATE FROM THE WIPER MOTOR IS ALSO REQUIRED (START, COMING TO REST, OR SWITCHING BETWEEN SPEED SETTINGS).
