SITUATION: THE ENGINE SPEED MAY DROP \(APPROXIMATELY 300400 RPM\) DURING WINDSHIELD WIPER OPERATION. THE ISSUE IS MORE LIKELY WHEN HIGH ELECTRICAL DEMAND SYSTEMS SUCH AS HEATED WINDSHIELD, HEATED SEATS, LIGHTS, ETC. ARE BEING USED. A CHANGE OF STATE FROM THE WIPER MOTOR IS ALSO REQUIRED \(START, COMING TO REST, OR SWITCHING BETWEEN SPEED SETTINGS\).
