"ISSUED DEC 2015. ISSUE THE TELEMATICS MODULE \(TCU\) CANNOT BE ACTIVATED AT PDI. CAUSE IF A VEHICLE HAS BOTH A TCU AND WI\-FI, AND IF WI\-FI IS TURNED ON, THE PDI PROCESS WILL ATTEMPT TO USE THE PERSONAL SIMS CARD \(PSIM\) FOR CONNECTIVITY TO BACKEND SERVICES. THIS WILL AFFECT ACTIVATION."
