"ISSUED DEC 2015. ISSUE THE TELEMATICS MODULE (TCU) CANNOT BE ACTIVATED AT PDI. CAUSE IF A VEHICLE HAS BOTH A TCU AND WI-FI, AND IF WI-FI IS TURNED ON, THE PDI PROCESS WILL ATTEMPT TO USE THE PERSONAL SIMS CARD (PSIM) FOR CONNECTIVITY TO BACKEND SERVICES. THIS WILL AFFECT ACTIVATION."
