SOME HYDRAULIC PUMP CV DRIVE SHAFTS MAY BE TOO SHORT AND CAN BREAK, TWIST, OR DISENGAGE ON ONE END. A HYDRAULIC PUMP DRIVE SHAFT FAILURE AFFECTS REFUSE BODY FUNCTIONS, BUT DOES NOT AFFECT CHASSIS DRIVING FUNCTIONS. THE BULLETIN PROVIDES AN INSPECTION METHOD AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING SHAFTS THAT ARE NOT THE CORRECT LENGTH.
