"ISSUE: ON MONDAY 6TH JULY BETWEEN 5AM AND 9AM \(GMT\+1:00\) USERS WILL BE UNABLE TO ACTIVATE THE SECURE DIGITAL \(SD\) CARD USING THE INCONTROL TOUCH MAP UPDATER ON SYMPTOM DRIVEN DIAGNOSTICS \(SDD\) AS THE MESSAGE ‘CONNECTION ERROR’ WILL BE DISPLAYED. AFTER THIS TIME, ALL SDD MACHINES ON SOFTWARE LEVEL 142.02 OR EARLIER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACTIVATE SD CARDS AS 'CONNECTION ERROR' WILL BE DISPLAYED. CAUSE: DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME, THE SERVER USED FOR SD CARD ACTIVATION WILL HAVE MAINTENANCE COMPLETED THEREFORE SD CARD ACTIVATION CANNOT BE COMPLETED."
