"SITUATION: AN ISSUE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON A LIMITED NUMBER OF 2013 MODEL YEAR JAGUAR XF (X250) VEHICLES, FITTED WITH THE 2.0L GTDI ENGINE ONLY, WHERE A 'RESTRICTED PERFORMANCE' MESSAGE AND THE ENGINE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) ARE DISPLAYED IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DUE TO CHARGE AIR RADIATOR DUCT BOLT TORQUE RELAXATION. NOTE: THIS BULLETIN IS REISSUED WITH AN ADDITIONAL PART AND UPDATED SERVICE INSTRUCTION.
