"LSB: NOTE SERVICE BULLETIN NO. L-SB-0109-14, “2AZ-FXE ENGINE OIL CONSUMPTION INSPECTION PROCEDURE,” MUST BE PERFORMED BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE PROCEDURE IN THIS BULLETIN. SOME 2010 – 2012 MODEL YEAR HS 250H VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH THE 2AZ-FXE ENGINE MAY EXHIBIT ENGINE OIL CONSUMPTION. THE PISTON ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN CHANGED TO MINIMIZE OIL CONSUMPTION. USE THE FOLLOWING REPAIR PROCEDURE TO ADDRESS THIS CONDITION."
