FIELD COMMUNICATION: IN SOME VEHICLES, THE PODS SYSTEM MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY UPON VEHICLE START-UP, AND AS A RESULT MAY NOT RECOGNIZE A FRONT PASSENGER SEAT OCCUPANT. SHOULD THIS OCCUR, THE PASSENGER AIRBAG WILL BE DEACTIVATED AND VEHICLE OCCUPANTS WILL BE ALERTED BY ILLUMINATION OF THE AIRBAG INDICATOR LIGHT, ILLUMINATION OF THE PASSENGER AIRBAG OFF INDICATOR, AS WELL AS BY MESSAGES IN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. PLEASE SEE YOUR VEHICLE OWNER’S MANUAL FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THESE INDICATOR LIGHTS AND MESSAGES.
