SITUATION: THE COMPACT DISC \(CD\) PLAYER WILL NOT EJECT THE CD OR INTERMITTENTLY SKIPS TRACKS, CYCLES QUICKLY THROUGH TRACKS, AND 'LOCKS UP.' ON SCREEN COMMANDS AND EJECT CD MAY ALSO FAIL TO OPERATE. AN IGNITION CYCLE USUALLY TEMPORARILY RESOLVES THE PROBLEM.
