THERE HAS BEEN SOME CONFUSION ON WHAT TOOL TO USE TO LOOSEN/TIGHTEN THIS FASTENER. A QUALITY 21 MM MULTI-POINT (12 POINT) SOCKET/WRENCH WORKS BEST TO REMOVE THE FASTENER.
