AS YOU ARE AWARE, THE SOA IT DEPARTMENT IS WORKING WITH DEALER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (DMS) PROVIDERS TO DEVELOP REAL TIME INTEGRATIONS WITH THEIR SYSTEMS. THIS INTEGRATION IS IN SUPPORT OF THE CURRENT CARE CONNECT, SCHEDULE CONNECT, EQUITY CONNECT AND PARTSEYE PROGRAMS AND WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR FUTURE PROGRAMS. SOA NOW REQUIRES ALL NEW SUBARU RETAILERS (INCLUDING BUY/SELL RETAILERS) TO USE A DMS THAT IS ON THE SOA APPROVED DMS PROVIDER LIST (EXHIBIT 31K IN THE DEALER AGREEMENT). THERE ARE A FEW KEY CHANGES FROM THE PREVIOUS APPROVED LIST. BOTH REYNOLDS PRODUCTS, ERA AND POWER DMS HAVE NOW BEEN ADDED TO THE APPROVED DMS LIST. ALSO, SINCE PBS CANNOT SUPPORT THE REQUIRED REAL TIME INTEGRATION FOR OUR THIRD PARTY OEM PROGRAMS, WE HAVE REMOVED PBS FROM THE APPROVED LIST.
