EFFECTIVE MONDAY, AUGUST 26, 2013 THE SHIPPING PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS TO THE PARTS COLLECTION CENTER (PCC) LAFAYETTE, INDIANA WILL CHANGE. THE CURRENT A.R.S. (AUTHORIZED RETURN SERVICE) LABEL WITH UPS WILL BE DISCONTINUED, REPLACED BY AN ONLINE UPS RETURN SERVICES APPLICATION ACCESSED VIA THE YRC REVERSE LOGISTICS PORTAL ON SUBARUNET USED FOR MANY OTHER RETURNS INCLUDING WARRANTY, CORE, AND PARTS PROGRAM RETURNS. BEGINNING MONDAY AUGUST 26, 2013 THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL RETURNS CATEGORY ON THE YRC REVERSE LOGISTICS PORTAL – CATALYTIC CONVERTER RETURNS.
