Service bulletin 43-047

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NON-SAFETY CAMPAIGN - GREENHOUSE GAS (GHG) HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURE EIST OVERRIDE SETTING IS NOT AS CUSTOMER REQUESTED. THIS CAUSES THE VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN AT 65 DEGREES INSTEAD OF 80 DEGREES. THIS CHANGE REQUIRES THAT THE GHG LABEL IN THE DOOR BE REPLACED.
