"PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE JULY 2015 SSM4/FLASHWRITE QUARTERLY SOFTWARE UPDATE WILL BEGIN DOWNLOADING TO ALL SDS NOTEBOOKS ON OR ABOUT THE EVENING OF FRIDAY, JULY 31,2015. TO RECEIVE THIS DOWNLOAD PROMPTLY: 1. THE SDS NOTEBOOK MUST HAVE ITS CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET 2. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SDS NOTEBOOK(S) POWERED ON 3. YOU MUST BE LOGGED INTO THE NOTEBOOK WHILE WAITING FOR THE COMPLETION OF THIS DOWNLOAD, BE SURE TO USE THE AC POWER ADAPTER REGULARLY TO MAINTAIN PROPER BATTERY POWER LEVEL. ALL APPLICATIONS ON THE SDS NOTEBOOK ARE AVAILABLE FOR USE WHILE THE SOFTWARE IS DOWNLOADING, BUT SHOULD BE EXITED BEFORE RUNNING THE UPDATE. ONCE THE UPDATE BEGINS THE PROCESS SHOULD ONLY TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO COMPLETE IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS SOFTWARE UPGRADE WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE DOWNLOAD START DATE, DO THE FOLLOWING: EXIT FROM YOUR SDS NOTEBOOK USING THE EXIT ICON AND THEN CHOOSE THE RESTART OPTION TO RESTART YOUR SDS NOTEBOOK.
