THIS SERVICE BULLETIN INFORMS AFFECTED CUSTOMERS THAT THE POTENTIAL MAY EXIST FOR THE LEVEL SENSOR ASSEMBLY TO CONTACT THE LEVEL SENSOR GUARD WHILE THE OPTIONAL REAR RISE SUSPENSION FEATURE IS ACTIVATED, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE LEVEL SENSOR ON MODEL YEAR 2017 J4500 MODEL COACHES, AND THAT MCI WILL REMEDY THE AFFECTED COACHES AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMERS.
