"SUBARU OF AMERICA, INC.'S CUSTOMER/RETAILER SERVICES (CRS) TEAM IS PARTNERING WITH A NEW VENDOR, IMPARTIAL SERVICES GROUP (ISG), WHO WILL BE ASSISTING US WITH VEHICLE REACQUISITION. AFTER CRS HAS DECIDED TO ASSIST A CUSTOMER WITH REACQUIRING THEIR VEHICLE, ISG WILL STEP IN TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION WITH THE CUSTOMER, TRACK THE REPAIRS NEEDED TO THE VEHICLE, AND TAKE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE LOGISTICS. ISG WILL WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE SUBARU WESTERN REGION STAFF, CRS, AND CORPORATE VEHICLES TO INCREASE OPERATING EFFICIENCY BY ENSURING ADHERENCE TO STATE AND FEDERAL GUIDELINES, MINIMIZE THE BURDEN TO THE FIELD STAFF, AND MINIMIZE RISK. A TRANSFER AGENT FOR ISG WILL BE CONTACTING THE SALES MANAGER AND SERVICE MANAGER AT THE RETAILER WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULING A VEHICLE SURRENDER."
