THIS SERVICE BULLETIN INFORMS AFFECTED CUSTOMERS THAT IF THE COACH OPERATOR FAILS TO FOLLOW THE CORRECT SEQUENCE IN THE MCI WHEELCHAIR LIFT PROCEDURE IN THE MCI OPERATOR'S MANUAL, THE POTENTIAL MAY EXIST IN WHICH THE PARK BRAKE MAY FAIL TO ENGAGE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WHILE THE WHEELCHAIR LIFT IS BEING UTILIZED ON MODEL YEAR 2013, 2015\-2016 MCI J4500 MODEL COACHES, AND THAT MCI WILL REMEDY THE AFFECTED COACHES AT NO COST TO THE CUSTOMERS.
