"14818 - SERVICE UPDATE. THIS BULLETIN PROVIDES A SERVICE PROCEDURE TO INSPECT AND, IF NECESSARY, REROUTE AND/OR REPAIR THE BODY-WIRE HARNESS ON CERTAIN 2015 MODEL YEAR CHEVROLET COLORADO AND GMC CANYON VEHICLES. THESE VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED WITH AN IMPROPER ROUTING OF THE BODY-WIRE HARNESS THAT PLACES THE HARNESS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE PARK-BRAKE PEDAL ASSEMBLY. A MISROUTED BODY-WIRE HARNESS THAT CONTACTS THE PARK-BRAKE PEDAL ASSEMBLY COULD BECOME CHAFED AND DAMAGED. DEPENDING ON WHICH WIRES ARE DAMAGED IN THE BODY-WIRE HARNESS, LOSS OF SEVERAL VEHICLE FUNCTIONS IS POSSIBLE."
