KMA WOULD LIKE TO REMIND ALL TECHNICIANS AND WARRANTY ADMINISTRATORS THAT DURING THE 100 OR 150-DAY EWR (EARLY WARNING REPORTING) PERIOD FOR NEW VEHICLES (RETAILED OR IN-STOCK), A T/L CASE MUST BE OPENED FOR ANY CONCERN RELATED TO PRODUCT QUALITY. ADDITIONALLY, IF A VEHICLE HAS MULTIPLE CONCERNS, A SEPARATE T/L CASE MUST BE OPENED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL CONCERN. ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A T/L CASE MAY NOT BE APPROVED.
