"PITSTOP: CHECKING FOR BATTERY STATE OF HEALTH \(SOH\) AFTER RANGE PERFORMANCE COMPLAINTS \- WHEN ENCOUNTERING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS RELATED TO LOWER THAN EXPECTED RANGE PERFORMANCE FROM THE VEHICLE, CHECK AND RECORD THE BATTERY STATE OF HEALTH \(SOH\) UNDER THE BMS \> CURRENT DATA SCREEN \(SEE BELOW\), USING GDS/KDS. THIS DATA WILL NEED TO BE SUPPLIED WHEN OPENING A TECHLINE CASE. IN ADDITION, INCLUDE INFORMATION ON THE CUSTOMER’S DRIVING PATTERNS, FOR EXAMPLE: CITY VS HIGHWAY DRIVING, AVERAGE DRIVING SPEED AND AVERAGE DISTANCE TRAVELED PER KEY CYCLE. "
