VEHICLES IN TRANSIT FROM THE PORTS PRIOR TO JULY 30TH WILL HAVE THE BROCHURES IN THE PUBLICATION MATERIALS; HOWEVER, UNITS PROCESSED AFTER JULY 30TH WILL NO LONGER INCLUDE THE BROCHURE.
