TSB: COMBINED TSB /SERVICE ACTION: MIL ON WITH DTC C1212 LOGIC IMPROVEMENT \(SA216\) \- THIS BULLETIN PROVIDES INFORMATION RELATED TO THE ECM SOFTWARE UPGRADE OF SOME 2014\~2015MY FORTE \(YD\), PRODUCED FROM DECEMBER 7, 2013 TO APRIL 16, 2015, AND SOME 2014MY SPORTAGE \(SL\) VEHICLES, PRODUCED FROM APRIL 4, 2013 THROUGH JUNE 18, 2014, WHICH MAY EXHIBIT A MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LIGHT \(MIL\) ON WITH DTC C1212. TO APPLY THE IMPROVED LOGIC, THE ECM SHOULD BE REPROGRAMMED USING THE GDS/KDS DOWNLOAD, AS DESCRIBED IN THIS BULLETIN.
