THIS SERVICE BULLETIN INFORMS AFFECTED CUSTOMERS THAT DUE TO INCORRECT PROGRAMMING OF THE MULTIPLEX CONTROLLER, ON MODEL YEAR 2016 AND 2017 MCI J4500 MODEL COACHES EQUIPPED WITH PARKER MULTIPLEXING SYSTEM, COACHES MAY EXPERIENCE THE WARNING TELL-TALE LIGHTS NOT ILLUMINATING FOR THE DPF, DEF AND TAG AXLE FAULT CONDITIONS, AND ON CUMMINS ISX EQUIPPED COACHES, THE FAN PROGRAMMING DOES NOT PERFORM AS DESIGNED, RESULTING IN THE STOP ENGINE WARNING TELL-TALE LIGHT ILLUMINATING AND THE HOT ENGINE PROTECTION SHUTDOWN FEATURE INITIATING. MCI WILL REMEDY THE AFFECTED COACHES AT NO COST TO CUSTOMERS.
