When checking the vehicle for DTCs, the HVAC control module may report B0248, B0268 or B0408 set as current. Once the DTC(s) are cleared, the air delivery mode can be changed. This condition may be due to an actuator over-traveling or intermittently binding, causing the DTC(s) to set.

Recovery Process from a Controller Reprogramming Interruption During service reprogramming of the T87 TCM, some technicians may notice the TCM may fail during the reprogramming event and become unresponsive to the Service Programming System (SPS), unresponsive to the GDS2 tool.
