THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE VERIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF FAULT CODE 3243, WHICH MAY BE DUE TO THE ENGINE NOT HAVING THE LATEST ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE (ECM) CALIBRATION, RESULTING IN UNNECESSARY THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT.
