IF THE COMPLAINT CANNOT BE DUPLICATED, CHECK TO ENSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT CARRYING THE VEHICLE’S SMART KEY IN CLOSE PROXIMITY, OR ADJACENT TO ANOTHER, SMART KEY, OR A SMARTPHONE, WITHIN A POCKET OR A PURSE.
