THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE VERIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF ELECTRIC FUEL LIFT PUMPS NOT OPERATING ON CERTAIN ENGINES DUE TO A LACK OF VOLTAGE SUPPLY FROM THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE \(ECM\). ENGINES MAY BE DIFFICULT TO START OR FAULT CODE 4691 FOR LOW FUEL RAIL CRANKING PRESSURE MAY EXIST.
