"DEALER MESSAGE - BEGINNING TODAY, FEBRUARY 17, AT 3 P.M. PST, VEHICLES IMPACTED BY THE AIRBAG RECALL ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO PURCHASE THROUGH THE VEHICLE INTER-DEALER PURCHASE SYSTEM (VIPS). FACTORY AUTHORIZED ACURA DEALERS CAN PURCHASE THE VEHICLES AFFECTED BY THE STOP SALE INITIATIVE IN A ""CLOSED SALE"" ENVIRONMENT BOTH IN VIPS AND MIDSTREAM (OVE AND DEALER BLOCK), AND IN CLOSED LIVE LANE AUCTION EVENTS.
