THIS TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN DESCRIBES THE RESOLUTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR THE WATER-IN-FUEL SENSOR BEING NON-TRIMMABLE WITH THE INSITE ELECTRONIC SERVICE TOOL SOME ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) CALIBRATION CODES ALLOWED THE WATER-IN-FUEL SENSOR TO BE DISABLED USING INSITE ELECTRONIC SERVICE TOOL. WHEN THE WATER-IN-FUEL SENSOR IS DISABLED, THE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR IS NOT INFORMED WHEN A SET VOLUME OF WATER HAS ACCUMULATED IN THE SUCTION FUEL FILTER.
