THIS CAMPAIGN IS BEING ISSUED TO ADDRESS PLUGGING OF THE EGR COOLERS AND EGR VALVES RESULTING IN FC1896 AND/OR FC3382 ON CERTAIN ENGINES IN TRANSIT BUS APPLICATIONS. THIS CAMPAIGN AUTHORIZES CERTIFIED REPAIR LOCATIONS TO REPLACE THE VALVE STEM SEALS, AND IF REQUIRED, UPDATE THE ECM CALIBRATION.
