DEALER MESSAGE - WHEN YOUR DEALERSHIP COMPLETES AN EMISSIONS-RELATED RECALL OR PRODUCT UPDATE ON A CALIFORNIA-REGISTERED VEHICLE, THE CLIENT MUST ALSO BE PROVIDED A “VEHICLE EMISSIONS RECALL – PROOF OF CORRECTION” CERTIFICATE. THIS CERTIFICATE WILL ALLOW THE OWNER OF THE CALIFORNIA-REGISTERED VEHICLE TO PROVE TO THE CA DMV THAT THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND IS ELIGIBLE FOR REREGISTRATION.
