"DEALER MESSAGE \- WHEN YOUR DEALERSHIP COMPLETES AN EMISSIONS\-RELATED RECALL OR PRODUCT UPDATE ON A CALIFORNIA\-REGISTERED VEHICLE, THE CUSTOMER MUST ALSO BE PROVIDED A “VEHICLE EMISSIONS RECALL – PROOF OF CORRECTION” CERTIFICATE.
