IT PROVIDES AUTHORIZATION FOR CERTIFIED REPAIR LOCATIONS TO RECALIBRATE THE ECM ANYTIME THE UNIT IS IN FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS, WITH CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON REIMBURSEMENT.
